If you want to use a PDF as a sample or indicate that it is the property of your company, you might need to visibly brand the document itself. pdfFiller makes it easy to watermark PDF in a few simple steps.

To get started, upload a document from your computer or cloud storage, create it from scratch, browse our online library of PDF forms, or add it via a web URL.

Next, open your document in the editor and make the changes you need. You can type anywhere on the document, erase, highlight or blackout information, draw shapes and add images, etc. Then, click the red Watermark tab on the right

In the text field, add your desired watermark text, set its orientation, and use the sliders to adjust the size and opacity. To apply a watermark to certain pages, click Page Range and enter the desired pages. When you've finished customizing your watermark, click Close in the top right corner.

The watermark you've customized will be applied to the selected pages of the document.
